About Us
Our Mission
We are an 8 acre agroforestry farm in the heart of the central Catskills focused on regenerative agriculture.
We operate according to permaculture and syntropic farming principles, and have adopted an equitable sliding scale pricing model that acknowledges a persons capacity to pay is correlated with their circumstances.
We are working towards a full range of products that are endemic to our unique micro-climate, all fed from pristine mountain water.
We believe that the native plant species of the central Catskills are important contributors to New York's biodiversity and cultural fabric.
Our Products
We produce three groups of products - forest farming, fresh cut flowers and native nursery. Our forest farming and fresh cut flower products are available according to two methods - a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) service and local Farmers Markets. Our native nursery products can be ordered through our seasonal catalogue.
Our CSA subscription service allows you to receive fresh produce weekly over a sixteen week summer season, tailored to your preferences and needs.

- Saturdays: 10am - 1pm at Patatakan (Roundhouse) market in Roxbury NY.
- Sundays: 10am - 2pm at Parish Field in Phoenicia, NY.
Forest Farming
We produce a diverse range of speciality berries, vegetables, mushrooms, herbs, tree syrups and honey.
Fresh Cut Flowers
A combination of wildflowers and horticulturally grown flower species that are both aesthetic and medicinal.
Native Nursery
Wild Seeded biodiverse native and endangered species of trees, shrubs and plants that are endemic to the central Catskill region.
